I DON'T KNOW MY TIME OF BIRTH. DOES THIS MATTER?

All charts are calculated using one's exact time, place and date of birth. If the exact time of birth is unknown, the chart can still be calculated, however an automatic assumption of 12.00pm will be applied which may limit the accuracy of the chart. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE FULFILLED?

We aim to dispatch all charts within three business days of an order being placed. All unframed charts are shipped with a courier assigned by Sendle, and are subject to the courier's delivery times. All digital charts are delivered as a PDF file via email.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the nominated email address attached to your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please reach out to the NM Zodiacs team via email at hello@nmzodiacs.com.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

NM Zodiacs is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to fulfil and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to amend your order, please reach out to the NM Zodiacs team via email at hello@nmzodiacs.com and we will endeavour to meet your request if your order has not already been fulfilled. Please note that while we try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and therefore NM Zodiacs cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer throughout the online order process.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your tracking details will be emailed to you using the email address supplied during the order process. You can also reach out to the NM Zodiacs team via email at hello@nmzodiacs.com. NM Zodiacs will respond to your email within business hours (9am to 5pm AEST) Monday to Friday.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

NM Zodiacs endeavours to consistently produce superior quality products free from damage, however if this does occur, please reach out to the NM Zodiacs team via email at hello@nmzodiacs.com and we will organise a replacement as soon as possible. NM Zodiacs considers a faulty item to be one that has been damaged through the shipping process, and does not take responsibility for incorrectly input personal information by the customer throughout the online order process.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Our unframed charts are available worldwide for a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD. 

DO YOU OFFER FRAMED CHARTS?

Unfortunately we no longer offer framed charts.
